STATUS: Complete

116 State Street, the Agency of Agriculture building in Montpelier was constructed in 1891 and is listed on the State and National Register of Historic Places. The project involved the complete restoration of the building envelope including new slate and copper roofs, masonry restoration, insulation, and window restoration.

Also, the foundations were excavated, insulated, and waterproofed with a new perimeter drainage system. Historic Brownstone site walls and curbing were reconstructed.
