The Academic and Student Activities Center is a 30,000 SF facility designed to create a new entrance for the Campus while establishing a new standard for sustainability and environmental awareness for the College. The building houses three departments; Exercise Sciences, Business and Meteorology with classroom, lab, student work and faculty office space for each.

A large student activity space designed for multiple uses including music, movies, and other assembly type activities anchors the north end of the building with prominent views across the valley to Burke Mountain. An upper level roof terrace above the activity space offers an observation deck for Meteorology as well as an outdoor gathering space.

The building has received a LEED Gold certification.
