We have been involved in multiple projects for the State of Vermont from complex restoration projects to expansion of historic government buildings throughout the state. In Montpelier, projects have included the full interior restoration of 133 State Street and the full exterior renovation and roof replacement of 116 State Street. Both buildings are on the National Register of Historic Places and involved complex restoration work. Updates to each building were done sensitively to preserve the historic character while allowing for modernized mechanical systems, improving accessibility, and ensuring continued longevity.
Another significant project was the restoration and expansion of the Lamoille County Courthouse for the State of Vermont. More about this building can be found under PROJECTS on our website.
